I have successfully got BrowseAmp installed and working on one of the computers on my network, but it does not work on the other computer i have installed it on. The only way to access it is through http://localhost on the computer it is installed on, typing the local IP wont work at all (192.168.1.4). I cant figure out what is causing this?

Check you firewall. You need to open port 80 on that machine.
