Own IP Help Needed!

I have a local html page with an Iframe that display BrowseAmp by targeting "http://207.22.205.10:809".  This works fine, but I don't have a static IP and therefore once my IP changes the Iframe displays a 404...

Is there a way I can target my own IP (even when it changes) by using something like: "http://self:809" or "http://ownip:809"?

(in case it's not apparent, I use port 809 for BrowseAmp)

If so please let me know. Thanx!

If it is truly local, you can use http://localhost:809
