It would be really nice to add the ability browse files on the other network computers that are accesible from host computer. Something like Network  Neighbourhood. I tried to simulate it with dir=\\my_computer or dir=\\\\my_computer but it didn't work.

what do you think?

It does work if you replace the \ with %5C
example: http://localhost/browser.html?dir=%5C%5CMad%5Chenry
The only problem is, that you get an error message from Winamp. I'll see if that can be suppressed.

The other way is to connect a folder as a network drive.

ps: don't forget to: [x] enable browsing above start folder

oh...:o) it works - but I still have one small problem. I didn't get any error message, but I cannot get the list of shared items. I have to know the name of shared folder - than it works perfectly, but I don't remember all shared directories on our net:o)

I think that would be some more work to do some network neighbourhood browsing.
Maybe I'm bored some day...
