See attached...hrmm...nevermind. Can someone tell me how to attach a file or give me the address of a site to which I might upload this skin?
Are you sure that you have validated your e-mail when you've registered at the forum?
User's that aren't validated can't upload files...

The latest beta build of WinAMP v5.2 that works with browseamp is #393 (Jan 30 2006)
The next beta build of v5.2 #430 (Feb 13 2006) develops this odd behaviour.

Here is the changelog between the two beta builds:
* New: [in_nsv] Using Coding Technologies AAC playback within NSV container
* Improved: new ATF functions and tags
$repeat(x, count) - creates a string with x repeated count times
* Fixed: m3u playlist handling security vulnerability (thanks to NSFOCUS)
* Fixed: [gen_ff] regions on components don't work
* Fixed: [gen_ff] playlist winshade memory leak
* Updated: [gen_ff] libpng 1.2.8
* Updated: [enc_aacplus] Coding Technologies aacPlus encoder v7.2.0a
Probably something of this might help you pinpoint the problem.
Unfortunatelly this build came out just one day before the security fix (v5.13) so I don't recommend it.

Probably you are using an ad-blocking solution that has changed your windows "hosts" file to point the banner urls, back to your computer (127.0.0.1 - localhost). Now everytime that a banner must be displayed, your browser tries to find it at your browseamp server.

If this is the case I have two solutions for you:
[list]
[*]Use another ad-blocking solution and clean your hosts file.
[*]Change your browseamp server port to something other than 80.
[/list]If you do the last one, I suggest you to install a free dummy server solution, that will serve the localhost:80 requests, then your browsing to the web will be faster.

If I add a song from the library and then I remove it from the winamp playlist (before it was played), then if another user add it, BrowseAMP show that I added it (instead of the user that actually added it).

Sorry people for the downtime of my server but when I detected that the server's hard disk had bad sectors that resulting in many HD seek errors, I took down the server to prevent data corruption and I didn't have time to alert you before doing it.

After that a new box has been prepared with better CPU and upgraded OS (I had to re-install OS anyway - it got corrupted).

Now all data have been copied safely to the new server's HD and the normal server operation have been resumed.

Thank you for your patience during data migration...

i think it could be possible - why couldnt you have a simple check in the code which says that if both fields are null, user 'guest' is enabled?
That won't bypass the authentication dialog though, user must press at least "OK" button anyway...
The only way to bypass it is to have a new "special" link that won't authenticate at all.

Hey dood.. Got the new version up?  Theres no rush, I was just wondering if I missed it..  Thanks!
Nope. Probably there will be no new version.
The project is currently stale because I don't have enough free time.
But it is registered at SourceForge, so anyone can help to build a new version, just ask me and I will give you access to upload your stuff.
